Pink Fish Restaurants
Based in Oslo, Pink Fish are a fast-casual restaurant focused around Norwegian Salmon. The concept had been put together by Chef Geir Skeie and two friends. The team worked closely with Portland Design to create the look and feel of the restaurants, ensuring a consistent and enjoyable experience for the customers.
Portland Design commissioned me to capture the look and feel of the first two locations. A standalone store, and a location housed within a department store food hall. I created a selection of imagery covering the wider overall spaces, customer flow. Finishing touches such as discreet coat hooks, textured wall pieces, and signage.
